Mr. Bernhard is a versatile, seasoned business and securities attorney who has been practicing law for over twenty years as outside counsel, general counsel and a financial executive for a wide range of privately-owned domestic and international companies and venture capital, private equity and angel investment funds.  Mr. Bernhard holds particular expertise in deal syndication and the corporate, securities and tax aspects of private equity and debt financings.   For nearly a decade before entering private law practice, Mr. Bernhard was the managing partner of four public/private venture capital funds that made investments in over 100 high technology companies and lead over 200 rounds of private equity and debt financings.
