Mr. Turki Al-Fadhel is a versatile Saudi and U.S. educated business attorney and private notary who has been practicing law for over twenty years as outside counsel, general counsel and practicing lawyer for a wide range of privately-owned domestic and international companies and venture capital, private equity and investment funds and Saudi and international law firms, before he opened his own Riyadh based law firm, Mashora Law Firm.

He is closely cooperating with MENA LEGAL since 2013 and main trusted Saudi based attorney for all B&A – MENA LEGAL offices and their clients.

Mr. Turki Al-Fadhel holds expertise in deal syndication and the corporate and tax aspects of private equity, investment funds and numerous international and regional companies, in particular in the energy and renewable energy sector.

One of the milestones in Mr. Turki’s vast experience was his position as legal counsel, board secretary and compliance officer at ACWA Power, of the largest Middle Eastern power plant and renewable energy investment funds and operators, from 2009 till 2017.
