Professor Antonello Martinez was born in Oristano in 1954 and graduated in Law from the University of Cagliari in 1978.

 

Areas of Concentration

• Formerly Magnificent Rector of the University L.U.de.S.

• He has been awarded several prestigious honors for his professional merits, among which the gold medal awarded by the Province of Milan in 2009 and the 2014 Agape National Award.

 

Professional Activities & Memberships

• He has been a member of the Bar Association since 1985 and he is admitted to practice in the Italian highest court (Court of Cassation).

• Since 1999, he has been the President of the Italian Association of Business Lawyers.

• Since 2010, he has been the official representative of the Department of Economy and Investment of the Government of Dubai in Europe.

• He is also a member of the Technical and Scientific Support Committee of ANSDIPP.

 

Publications

• Author of many law books and papers, he is a member of the scientific committee of Mimesis, a well-established legal publishing house.
