Before joining Asia Counsel, Ross worked as an associate at a UK law firm in the corporate and commercial department.  Ross has extensive experience in M&A, and commercial transactions in the UK and Vietnam across a broad range of industries.  Ross has also advised on renewable projects in the UK, including the development of a number of wind power projects.
